We're Marcel and Sabrina — a couple from Bavaria with a simple idea: bring the warmth of a real Bavarian beer garden to Texas. Not a costume, not a gimmick. The genuine article — the hospitality, the craft, and the easy good mood that comes with a properly poured beer among friends.
Together we bring over 30 years of hospitality experience to the table. Between us, we've learned what turns an ordinary gathering into an evening people still talk about weeks later: the right pour, hosts who read the room, and the small touches nobody notices until they're missing.
At the heart of it all is our Piaggio Ape — a classic little three-wheeler we rebuilt by hand into a fully working tap cart. It's compact enough to roll into a backyard and striking enough to become the thing everyone photographs. Wherever it parks, a little corner of Bavaria opens up around it.
We're bringing all of that to Houston in Spring 2027, serving the city and its surrounding suburbs. Until we open the taps, you can already reserve your date by email — and the first early-bird bookings receive a warm 10% welcome discount as our thank-you for joining us from day one.
